Making a reservation isn't something you do without a reason. You make a reservation so you will be sure that you can spend your holiday at that specific time. For us a reservation means that we will hold the villa and mark it as occupied so nobody else will grab your holiday home. This means that we must cancel all other requests that are made later on for the same period as you requested.

Because of this we have to act as following:
You make a reservation on the previous page and send it to us by email. We will contact you and inform you that the request period is still free. The scheduled period will be marked so others can see that someone has taken an option on this week(s). We also will give you an account number where you have to deposit 20% of the total fee. After this 10% fee is in we will make the reservation solid. Nobody else can make a reservation anymore for the same period. You will be informed about this and you will receive a recipe of your payment. Next, you have to pay 50% of the total fee at latest 6 weeks before the reservation date. You will receive a notice of your payment.

At latest, three weeks before your departure, the whole payment including the bail has to be paid. When this is arrived, we will send you the all travel papers, an extended route description, the keys and a confirmation for the house. The bail will be refunded after we got a notice that the house is left in good order.
