A beautiful villa (two under one roof) at the Costa Brava on the location "VISCONDADO DE CABANYES". This urbanisation is situated nearby Calonge (1 km) and only 3 km away from the sea. The area is very quiet and you will have a beatiful view on the valley and the bay of Palamos. There are lots of sunny terraces and a big garden with cork oak tree.
THE AREA
De villa is about 7 km of the coastal villages named Palamos and Sant Antoni. Also at 7 km distance you will find the mundain coastal resort Platja d'Aro. Calonge itself lies at a distance of 37 km from Girona airport. This will give you the ability to travel by plane and rent a car at the airport for the time of your stay. The villa is located about 200 meters up on a hillside. At day you can enjoy a cool breeze and make it possible to relax on the terrace till late in the evening. The area has many possibilities for recreation and other activities. You don't have to thing of swimming and going to the beach exclusively. You can play golf on the nearby famous golf course Mas Nou, walking, mountainbiking or even alpine skiing. A nearby ski piste is at a hour drive in the Pyrenees. THE BEDROOMS AND THE INTERIEUR
The villa is tasteful decorated and equipped with comfort. The large living-room has a fireplace and there is a large dining-room. The kitchen is very complete and includes a dishwasher, toaster, oven and a microwave. The villa is suitable for up to 6 persons. The villa has two double bedrooms and one bedroom has a bunk bed.
THE BATHROOMS
The villa has two bathrooms. The bathroom upstairs contains a toilet, washing-stand, bath and a washingmachine. The other bathroom is on downstairs and contains a toilet, washing-stand and a shower
OTHER ITEMS
The bedrooms are equipped with one or more large closets to hold all your goods. There is satellite television available so the English channels are there. There is enough furniture to relax on the terrace. There is also a chair available for little children. You don't have to bring more then some bath- and kitchen towels and sheets. (blankets and comforters are there). One remark, pets aren't allowed in the house.
